This was a fun week for me. I was able to email one of the houses having a moving sale and actually got in the day before the sale! This is normally very rare but always is exciting. The fact that you are the first “picker” in to snag the bargains and the cool vintage items without having to compete with others is a big deal. I found some neat and unique items from this particular sale. Check out my awesome yard sale finds below. Enjoy!
This is a huge Caribou Mount, also known as a Reindeer. This particular animal was from Canada, I was told. Did I say this was BIG? I need to sell this asap, as cool as it is, I have no space for it in my place.

5/31/14 Yard Sale Picks
This was a special yard sale weekend in that I had my boyfriend with me. He normally works on the weekends but had off and wanted to come with me on Saturday. That was fun because we don’t get many opportunities to spend time with each other outside of the home. This was also the weekend of neighborhood yard sales. There were 3 just on my planned route and more that I never made it to. Estate and Yard sales are a business for me but it was nice to be reminded they can also be fun and relaxing when shared with someone you love. Enjoy pictures below of my yard sale finds for this week. Thanks for viewing 🙂
This was a neighborhood sale in the morning in Wayne, Pa.
This house was also part of a different neighborhood sale on the Main Line, Pa. Beautiful house.
This original soap box derby racer was our bargain find of the day. In need of repairs but super cool. We will end up taking this to auction since we only paid $10.
And finally this is a cool hand made and painted American Legion sign. Found this at a antique store for $20 but very cool even in its worn down state.
